PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. Products delivered at our store or within the state of Illinois will be subject to sales tax in addition to the prices on our website. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s).
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.
Sales on the following items are final:
Special orders.
Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
NFA items.
Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics.
USED FIREARMS
Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check you're local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with a magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special-order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special-order items.
SECURE TRANSMISSION
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card, or we will refund the money.
AMMUNITION PURCHASES
You must be 18 or older to purchase a rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Illinois residents must show a valid FOID card. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES
STUFFTHATSTOOOCOOL GIFT CARDS The following provisions govern the offering of Gift Cards (as defined below) by StuffThatsToooCool and are an integral part of the StuffThatsToooCool Terms and Conditions that can be found at htps://www.StuffThatsToooCool.com/giftcardterms
1.1 Purchasing Gift Cards. StuffThatsToooCool offers gift cards (“Gift Cards”) that can be purchased and redeemed through the StuffThatsToooCool store or website https://www.StuffThatsToooCool.com. You must have an Account with StuffThatsToooCool to purchase or redeem Gift Cards; purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of the StuffThatsToooCool Terms and Conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gift Cards will be provided by StuffThatsToooCool in electronic form only.
1.2 Redeeming Gift Cards. Gift Cards may only be redeemed through the StuffThatsToooCool store or website https://www.StuffThatsToooCool.com and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases. Every purchase made with a Gift Card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fees, taxes, and other fees that may apply) is deducted from the Gift Card balance and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account. Gift Card balances will be used against the total order placed on the store or website https://www.StuffThatsToooCool.com and not against specific items of such order. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card account, the balance must be paid with a credit card or any other payment method accepted in the Bookstore.
1.3 Gift Card Account. The balance of a Gift Card can be reviewed by the purchaser or holder of the Gift Card by entering the respective Gift Card code into the form that is provided by StuffThatsToooCool for this purpose on the Website.
1.4 Restrictions. Balances on multiple Gift Cards cannot be combined into a combined balance on one or more new Gift Cards and Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or recharged, or redeemed together with a coupon or other Gift Cards for the same order. Except as expressly allowed by StuffThatsToooCool, Gift Cards may not be transferred for value or resold. Except to the extent required by applicable law, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or checks and Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit card accounts or accounts of other means of payment. If applicable law requires StuffThatsToooCool to redeem Gift Cards for cash, check, or other means of payment, StuffThatsToooCool reserves the right to select any of the foregoing at its discretion. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases in the currency that match the personal currency preferences set for the respective Account. StuffThatsToooCool reserves the right to reject the redemption of Gift Cards and request alternative forms of payment, terminate the respective Account and take legal actions if StuffThatsToooCool reasonably believes that Gift Cards are abused or used or obtained fraudulently.
1.5 Risk of Loss. The title and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card by StuffThatsToooCool to the purchaser of the Gift Card. StuffThatsToooCool has no obligation to replace lost or stolen Gift Cards, but you can report lost or stolen Gift Cards by contacting Customer Support.
1.6 No expiration date or fees. Gift Cards have no expiration date and StuffThatsToooCool charges no fee in connection with the purchase (except for the selected purchase price of the Gift Card) or redemption of Gift Cards.
1.7 Limitation of Liability. GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED BY STUFFTHATSTOOOCOOL FREE OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STUFFTHATSTOOOCOOL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED WITH THE GIFT CARD.
You may have other or additional rights in connection with your purchase or redemption of Gift Cards under the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside and nothing in this Section restricts such rights you may have.
